Am I buying directly from Smoothie King Center?

Yes, the suites available for purchase on this website are directly sourced from the Smoothie King Center.

If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I book a Smoothie King Center suite?

To rent a suite for an upcoming event at the Smoothie King Center, simply select the event you plan to attend via the ‘RESERVE’ tab. To purchase a suite, enter your credit card information directly on the website.

What premium seating options are offered for shows?

Typically, Premier and Club Suites, Loge Boxes, and The Warehouse are available for shows at the Smoothie King Center. Pricing and availability vary by event and are subject to change without notice.

Can I purchase a suite the day of the concert?

Unfortunately, no. Suite sales conclude at 4pm on the business day prior to the event. For concerts scheduled on a Sunday or a Monday, suite sales conclude on the Friday before at 4pm.

How do I purchase a suite for a New Orleans Pelicans Basketball Game?

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets, or “SROs”) for my suite?

Most Smoothie King Center suite rentals will offer the option to purchase additional tickets (“SROs”). To purchase SROs, please contact your Smoothie King Center Premium Experience Representative.

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Smoothie King Center will reach out to confirm your reservation and coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All tickets will be delivered digitally.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager and a representative from the Premium Team will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access to Smoothie King Center.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on SmoothieKingCenterSuites.com are fully private.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. All suites at Smoothie King Center are ADA accessible. For more information click HERE

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on Smoothiekingcentersuites.com include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

Premium seating pricing listed is all-inclusive of processing fees as well as the credit card fee. In-suite catering is a separate purchase and is not included. A catering menu will be provided with the total cost of each item/package upon purchase.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. All suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or canceled events, see below.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is canceled?

If the event is canceled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

To place an order, your Smoothie King Center Team will provide you with a suites menu and assist with coordinating your order. We request all orders are placed at least 24 hours before the event. To preview the suite catering menu click here.

Am I required to purchase catering?

All Club and Premier Suites, and Warehouse reservations have a catering minimum determined by event. Loge Boxes and Premium Experience packages do not have a catering minimum. Guests may also purchase food & beverage individually from general concessions located on the Club Concourse or General Admission Concourse. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium.

How much does catering typically cost?

All costs will be provided in the catering menu. Packages are set based on type of food and beverage - i.e., individual items vs. packages. - and number of people.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Child ticket policy varies by event. For information about children’s ticketing, please refer to the event information page at https://www.smoothiekingcenter.com/events.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Smoothie King Center)?

Event Day Questions

Where do I park?

Certain Premium Experience packages include VIP Parking Passes. Those passes will indicate which garage and space to park in. For suites that do not include parking passes, you have the option to purchase them conveniently through the Smoothie King Center website, specifically on the event's information page.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

VIP entrances are located around the arena.

When does my suite open?

Door times will vary, typically falling within a window of 60 to 120 minutes prior to scheduled showtime. Please check the specific events information page on https://www.smoothiekingcenter.com/events.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the event?

To ensure a seamless catering experience, we recommend placing all in-suite catering orders at least 24 hours in advance of the event. Kindly inform your Smoothie King Center Premium Team Representative of your intention to purchase food and beverages should you wish to place an order in advance, ensuring a delightful and hassle-free experience. For most events, in-suite ordering on the day of the event is also an option; however, there are a select few events where this feature is not available.

For events offering day-of ordering, each suite is attended to by a dedicated suite attendant who will assist you in placing your in-game food and drink orders. Upon your arrival, you will find an Event Day Suite Menu in your suite. Please note that while the Event Day Suite Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, it still offers a variety of stadium favorites and a wide selection of beverages, including water, soft drinks, beer, wine, and liquor.

Should I tip our suite attendant?

While it is not required, gratuity is customary and greatly appreciated.
